Set off to explore the foothills of Garrigues surrounding the north of Montpellier, where several tributaries of the Lez river basin flow. Passing by the Château d’Ô, we will follow the course of the Verdanson river to arrive near its source, where the former home of writer Joseph Delteil is located. We will reach the village of Grabels, nestled in a green setting where one of the sources of the Mosson, the Avy, flows, so beloved by the writer. After a glass of wine and a snack at the Fabrique à Vin, we will continue on our way near Goule de Laval, passing through the university hospital district.

Elevation: Positive at the start of the university hospital district (medium difficulty around the Château d’Ô), negative on the descent to Grabels. Slightly positive on the return journey, then negative all the way through the university hospital district.
